I’ve started realizing that when I meet new people, they pretty quickly become subjected to my current music obsession. RÜFÜS for example. In the past 2 weeks, I can think of 3 random people I’ve met that have been sent some RÜFÜS to check out. It’s kinda hilarious. But I do see it as a benefit for them because I’m pretty certain they would never have encountered these treasures in their lifetime otherwise.

The best part about this version is that it’s a slight twist on the intro from the original. And if you’re not listening closely enough, you will miss it. If you catch it, you’re my heartbeat. ❤

This remix has a lot of meaning for me. The lyrics + the beat. It’s a completely different feel from the original and effectively a different song. Still not over it no matter how many times it plays, and the best is when it comes up on shuffle like it did tonight. Perhaps you hear a song at exactly the moment you need to.

This popped on my radar this week and it just works. I figured this was definitely one of those jams that I probably heard the remix for first, and barely played the original much (or at all).
